Blue Christmas Returns to Lennar Atlanta this Holiday Season

Lennar Atlanta kicks off its “2013 Blue Christmas” promotion next weekend, Saturday, Dec. 14 and Sunday, Dec. 15 in 13 of their metro Atlanta new home communities.

With homes and townhomes priced from the $200,000s to the $600,000s in some of the most popular areas of Atlanta, including Smyrna, Marietta, Kennesaw, Milton and Cumming, buyers are bound to find a location and home that fits their wish list. Many of these new homes are “everything’s included” homes, which feature granite countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and ceramic bathrooms at no additional cost to the home buyer. Every home from Lennar also includes a Nexia home intelligence package, which allows homeowners to control their heating, cooling, lighting and locks right from their smartphone, tablet or laptop!

During select times throughout the weekend, guests can have their photo taken with Blue Santa, as well as enjoy refreshments and unique events at each community from Lennar. Events at the communities include a new homeowner’s house-warming party, a holiday shopping bazaar with local vendors and artists and fun for the kids, such as decorating blue ornaments and having brunch with the big guy in the blue suit. Guests will also be able to register for a chance to win several great “Blue” prizes, from Blu-Ray players to Blue Med-Spa gift certificates, and every community will have a winner!

Are you still holiday shopping? What makes a better Christmas gift to one’s family, or even yourself, than a new home? Lennar has special year-end pricing, and buyers of single-family homes will receive up to $7,500 in closing costs while townhome buyers will receive up to $5,000 in closing costs in celebration of a Blue Christmas. Come out and visit Lennar next weekend to celebrate the holidays and find the perfect home to start the new year!
