Benware Heads ForeclosedDeals.com for Morris & Raper

Morris and Raper recently named Robert Benware as head of the company’s newly formed Bank Owned Property division, “ForeclosedDeals.com.” Benware will be responsible for the selling, marketing and servicing of bank owned properties including raw land, developed lots and new homes.

Although many banks and companies are implementing similar divisions, Benware decided to work with Morris and Raper because of their well-known reputation and vast experience in the sales and marketing industry. The division is unique because it will only sell new homes in foreclosure, which Benware feels will be the best opportunity for sales in the next 12-18 months. Some of the homes are even fully decorated models which are sure to appeal to homebuyers looking for a beautiful, move-in-ready home at a great value.

Benware brings almost 15 years of experience to the new Morris and Raper division. Most recently, he was the Co-owner and President of InSource Realty, LLC. He also served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing division for Traton Homes for four years. Benware also worked as the general sales manager for Disney’s Celebration Community in Florida as well as for McCar Homes as their division Sales and Marketing Manager when they opened their first out of state division in Greenville, South Carolina.
