Start Fresh Buy NewThe Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Builders Digital Experience (BDX) for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Associate Marketing Campaign/Promotion category for their “Start Fresh. Buy New.” new home construction campaign. The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

To increase consumer awareness of the numerous advantages of new construction homes, BDX launched the “Start Fresh. Buy New.” campaign and website. The objective of the site was to help homebuyers understand that newly constructed homes outperform existing homes.   “Start Fresh. Buy New.” features an advanced interactive website that will engage over 1.5 million home shoppers in 2013. This significant traffic is fueled by an ambitious digital marketing campaign and online sweepstakes aimed specifically at current and soon-to-be home shoppers via real estate and lifestyle websites, social sites and influential bloggers. With 50,000 weekly visits, the site is educating potential homebuyers on the benefits of new construction. Additionally, the campaign Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter pages have grown into platforms for buyers to connect with builder professionals and other buyers to discuss their experiences with new homes.
