About Sales, Inc. Now Listing Bank-Owned Properties
We hear reports of the large numbers of bank-owned properties available in the market, and we also hear about the amazing deals these homes offer. But, how do you go about finding these properties? There’s one extremely easy way- find them through About Sales, Inc. The Atlanta-based real estate company has a selection of over 200 bank owned foreclosure listings, and over half of these listings come with rare bank incentives, making them an unbelievable value.
Bank incentives are a rare opportunity, especially in today’s market. In these situations, the bank has completely come out of their shell and are doing what they can to get the property sold by offering closing costs of up to 6% seller contributions with an approved lender. The buyer can choose how to use the 6%, whether they want it to go towards closing costs, appliances, moving fees or whatever.
And, don’t be fooled into thinking that only tiny, run down houses are available in the bank-owned market. You can find anything from lavish single-family homes to townhomes and condos. One of the company’s current listings is a 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath brick front home in South Fulton County. It has a full basement, two-car garage, master suite on the main level with separate sitting room and whirlpool tub, two-story family room, two gas fireplaces, premium appliances and more. Such an exquisite home should be about $400,000, right? Well, it’s currently listed at $270,000! Doing the math, that is more than $120,000 below the original list price of homes in the community.
So, start shopping to claim your amazing deal on a new Atlanta home. Visit www.AboutSalesInc.com to browse the current selection of bank-owned properties.

Hello, where are the REO properties listings coming from on this site? Are they exclusive? I have been on BofA web site and GoHoming (http://www.gohoming.com) which has Ocwen’s REO as well as Citi’s web site. Do you have REO ‘in addition to’ those sites?

The REO listings that About Sales, Inc. has are different than the ones that you mention in your comment. Happy house hunting!
