Monte Hewett Homes has announced that home pricing and sales opportunities for the new Avalon development will be released exclusively through the community’s VIP newsletter. As the only home builder at Avalon, Monte Hewett Homes is building 25 single-family homes and more than 75 villa and courtyard attached homes at this mixed-use community in Alpharetta.
Monte Hewett has the first 11 attached homes under construction now with a target completion of late fall, and an additional four starting in the next few weeks. Pricing information and sales opportunities have not yet been released for these first homes, but when they are available, it will be announced through the Avalon email newsletter.
