The first sales have already been recorded in Coggin’s Farm, Jeff Lindsey Communities’ new 90-home community on George Coggins Road in Coweta County. Located between Newnan and Peachtree City just one mile from I-85, Coggin’s Farm is offering homes priced from $227,000 to $284,000. At present, four homes are are completed, five new home sale contracts have been signed, and three homesite reservations have been made.
