If you’re looking for an apartment in Atlantic Station, a new Web site could send you in the right direction. Lane Company, which built all five rental communities in the popular live/work/play area, has launched www.AtlanticStationApartments.com.

The new site has rents, floor plans and side-by-side comparisons for ICON City Apartment Homes, 17 St. Lofts, Metro on 16th, Park District Apartments and The Lofts Collegiate Housing. Visitors can take a virtual tour, check availability and see pictures of each community. They can also tell at a glance which one has a tanning room, pool and Zen garden; which is fully-furnished with WiFi; and which has 15 to 35 foot high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It also lists special offers and promotions, such as a coupon that gives $300 off the rent, and waives the application fee.

Atlantic Station is a popular place to live and work; it has dozens of stores, restaurants and nightclubs, as well as a movie theatre, grocery store and various businesses. It’s right on the downtown connector, and a free shuttle travels the area and stops at the nearby MARTA station.
