Atlanta’s Largest Intown Homebuilder Wins 11 OBIEs

Big congratulations to Brock Built City Neighborhoods as they brought home 11 OBIE awards at this year’s ceremony. Just receiving one award is a tremendous honor as these are the most prestigious awards given in the Atlanta housing industry, so to go home with 11 awards in one evening is an amazing accomplishment. Brock Built’s awards span a variety of categories from outstanding building design to extraordinary marketing efforts, illustrating the fact that they are an all-around exceptional Atlanta home builder.

Brock Built received six Gold awards in the following categories:

  • Best Building Design – Attached Model: $375-$499,999: Huff Heights
  • Best Building Design – Attached Model: $500,000 and up: Huff Heights
  • Single Family Detached – Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization: $200-$299,999: Habershal at West Highlands
  • Single Family Detached – Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization: $300-$399,999: Habershal at West Highlands
  • Single Family Attached – Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization: $300-$399,999: DuPont Commons
  • Single Family Attached – Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization: $400-$499,999: Huff Heights

The company also received five silver awards in the following categories:

  • Single Family Attached – Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization: $500-$749,999: Huff Heights
  • Best Audio/Visual – Best TV Spot
  • Single Family – Zero Lot Line: $400-$499,999: Belmont Chase
  • Single Family Detached $425-$499,999 (100+ homes per year): Rosalyn Commons
  • Best Interior Merchandising – Detached $400,000 to $499,999: Dupont
