Atlanta Traffic Solutions
By now, all Atlantans are aware of our traffic problem. A thirty mile commute can take as long as two hours, or even more when a tractor trailer flips over on I-85. But with rising gas prices, sitting in traffic is not just annoying but is becoming no longer economically feasible and Atlantans are looking for answers other than our current limited public transportation system. Well ULI Atlanta received a grant to try and answer these questions and find a workable solution that will make Atlanta a more enjoyable city to navigate. They are holding a conference on July 15th from 7:30-9:30am that will discuss solutions and ways to educate the Atlanta commuter. The discussion will also touch on how the these solutions will affect future real estate use and development. This is a great way to find out what is going on with our community and pass the education on to others so that Atlanta can come together to find a solution. Pre-registration is recommended.
