I used to work in an interactive marketing agency called Rare Method. It wasn't until after I had started there that I began to understand the value of a well executed interactive plan. In general marketing should mimic human interaction, however in today's market, many agents should actually mimic some of the interactive marketing i.e. user focused and driven conversations, free speech etc. Keep up the good work!
