Atlanta Real Estate Developer Helps Give Back to Community
Vesmont, LC’s business focus may be developing residential and mixed-use communities, but Lawrence Kasmen, a Principal of the company, also realizes the importance of helping those in need and giving back to the community. When Kasmen’s close personal friend, Ira Wilkins, teamed up with the Georgia Transplant Foundation (GTF) four years ago to host a fundraiser for GTF, The Many Lives You’ve Touched, Kasmen gladly offered his support - and this year is no exception. Wilkins, a kidney and pancreas transplant recipient, hosts The Many Lives You’ve Touched to honor his donor family, the Lovells. The fundraiser raises money and awareness for GTF, helping Georgia residents impacted by the need for on organ transplant. This year’s event will take place on September 20 at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant in Buckhead from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The cost to attend is $75 which will include live music by The Return, cocktails, great food and auctions.
