Atlanta Real Estate Company Supports Local Community

The 125 agents at RE/MAX Around Atlanta, the 7th largest real estate company in Atlanta, recently combined efforts to gather food and monetary donations for The Lawrenceville Cooperative Ministry, Inc. The non-profit organization provides food and emergency assistance in Lawrenceville and Dacula.

Lucy Troutman, an Atlanta relocation specialist and auctioneer at RE/MAX Around Atlanta, organized the effort for the company. The Atlanta real estate agents in RE/MAX Around Atlanta’s Duluth office collected $515 and more than 200 cans of food. The ministry will use the funds to help area residents meet emergency financial needs, such as payments for utilities or prescription drugs.

The Lawrenceville Cooperative Ministry, Inc. is an ecumenical organization sponsored and operated by an alliance of area churches, combining the resources of church members to meet the emergency needs of people in the community. For more information on the Ministry, call 770-339-7887.
