Atlanta Real Estate Agents Attend Seminar on Fair Housing
Agents and management team members from the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization attended a company-sponsored, three-hour Fair Housing Seminar, held Thursday, Dec. 10, at Clayton State College and University. Attending the presentation, which was given by Howell Haunson, an attorney with Morris/Hardwick/Schneider, were 111 agents and administrative personnel from Coldwell Banker Bullard.
Haunson presented extensive information covering the history of Federal Fair Housing Laws and rules and regulations of the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Following the presentation, the attendees participated in an oral exam testing their understanding of the material covered.
