Atlanta new homebuilder opens model home at The Crossing at Castleberry

Atlanta new homebuilder Winmark Homes recently opened a new model home at The Villages at Castleberry. These type communities that are a mix of single family and town homes are very popular now in the Atlanta real estate market.

The Crossing at Castleberry new model is the Chaucer plan, a three bedroom and two and one-half bathroom plan. At more than 1,500 square feet, this house is priced at $266,6000.
