Atlanta new home builder Winmark wins OBIE awards
Winmark Homes was among the big winners at the 26th annual Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards. Winmark won the top honor – a Gold award – for Best Sales Center 600 square feet and under for River Stone in Forsyth County.
Winmark also won a Silver award for The Villages at Castleberry, a master planned community in Forsyth County (near Alpharetta), a fast-growing county on the outskirts of Atlanta, for Best Building Design Attached Model category for homes priced from $200,000 to $299,999.
