Sovereign making headlines again

Sovereign continues to make news, this time for their commercial success. The luxury high rise was recently featured in not only the Atlanta Business Chronicle, but the Real Estate Rooster as well. Both articles come on the heels of a recent article in the Chronicle that announced a contract had been signed on one of the buildings high rises.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s most recent article, “3344 Peachtree wins legal lease,” discussed Sovereign’s recent signing of the law firm Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial LLC to almost 70,000 square feet as well as smaller signings of Asset Preservation Inc. and Crescent Wealth Management. The recent signings brought the building to almost 90-percent capacity, no small feat considering the state of the commercial real estate market in Atlanta.

The Real Estate Rooster’s article “Buckhead’s Sovereign Ruler,” also included information about Sovereign’s commercial success, including the successful opening of Bistro Niko, Buckhead Life Restaurant Group’s newest addition to the Atlanta restaurant scene.
