Atlanta is a Great Place to find Affordable Homes

With the national housing market on the rocks, many publications are enjoying creating lists of the “fastest-growing cities,” “most expensive home markets,” “most stable housing markets,” and any others along those lines. Well, recently BizJournals.com published a list having to do with the real estate market called “most affordable home markets,” and Atlanta ranked in at #17. We’ve always been proud of being able to offer a lot more home for the money than other large cities. That could be one of the reasons that we have so many people relocate to our southern city. Regardless, this is a huge deal for the Atlanta real estate, because as long as we provide affordable houses, we are more likely to experience a stable housing market. And this also means that you don’t have to be established in your career in order to be a homeowner; Atlanta has houses available to fit any budget. So, the moral of the story? Be thankful that we have a local economy that allows us to purchase so much more square feet for our money.
