Atlanta Home Builder Overcomes New Challenge

I am sure you think I am referring to some sort of housing market challenge or new home building frontier, but the intense challenge that Monte Hewett recently undertook is not in any way related to real estate. He completed the La Ruta de los Conquestadores, which is a mountain bike race across Costa Rica. The race commenced last Wednesday, November 12 and concluded on Saturday, November 15. Now, bear in mind that this is not an easy ride across Georgia, in fact it is known as “The Toughest Mountain bike race in the world.” Throughout the four days of intense cycling, participants travel a total of 360 kilometers and traverse a total 14,500 feet of vertical climbing.

This is definitely not the type of thing you could wake up one morning and decide to do, which is why Monte has been intensely training for months. So, if you see Monte Hewett in the near future, be sure to congratulate him on this extraordinary accomplishment. And I hope that his story can be some sort of inspiration for everyone and remind you to continuously challenge yourself with new experiences.
