Atlanta Home Builder Hires Three New Neighborhood Sales Managers
As a popular builder of Atlanta new homes, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods is continuing to see the need to expand its team members. The builder is pleased to welcome Sharon Jones, Elaine Gentry and Francine Torchia as its newest neighborhood sales managers.
“All three of these ladies have a passion for people and selling new homes,” stated Sam Bass, the vice president of sales and marketing at Acadia Homes. “It is our privilege to have them on our team.”
Due to her love of architecture, looking at new home floor plans and working with families, Jones began her career in the real estate industry in 1990. Before coming to Acadia Homes, she worked at Touchstone Homes Realty, LLC as a sales agent at the Windermere and Hampton communities in Cumming. Now, Jones represents Parkside Village in Cumming. She loves the community because of its great location and wooded setting of rolling hills. Parkside Village is priced from the mid $100,000s and offers homes perfect for young families.
“Working with Acadia Homes is a positive and empowering experience,” explained Sharon. “Acadia Homes has amazing product and great included features that make my job fun!”
Growing up in a construction and development based family, Gentry started working in the industry in 1995. She is now responsible for the sales and marketing of Wellstone, the builder’s active adult community in Cumming. Here, Craftsman-style condominium homes are priced from the $230,000s and offer maintenance free living and on-site activities.
“The homeowners at Wellstone are so amazing,” said Gentry. “They love living there. Because of their passion, they help me make sales easily.”
Lastly, Torchia has joined Acadia Homes as a sales manager at Maner Street in Smyrna. With 30 years of experience, she loves working with new homebuyers and making their experience as enjoyable as possible. Maner Street offers homes from the high $200,000s that are convenient to downtown Atlanta and minutes from trendy shopping, dining and recreations.
“I love Acadia Homes and its values,” explained Torchia. “Right from the start, I felt a part of the team. I look forward to getting to know the office staff and other agents.”
