Jeff Lindsey Communities Inc. has announced that new home sales have been encouraging in the second phase of Misty Forest, a community in Phenix City, Al., convenient to Columbus and less than 10 minutes from one of the entrances to Fort Benning. The property, which includes approximately 80 wooded homesites, was recently purchased by Jeff Lindsey Communities, which is based in Senoia, Ga. The roads in the new phase, located behind the existing phase one of the community, have been completed, and the initial homes are nearing completion.
There are two neighborhoods in Jeff Lindsey Communities’ new phase two, The Meadows with homes from the $140,000s and The Woodlands with homes from the $170,000s. Misty Forest is located on Hwy. 165, just 2.4 miles south of the intersection of Hwy. 165 and Hwy. 431 South. The builder is offering 10 to 12 different floor plans with base prices from $140,000 to $209,000, which on-site agent Jim Blalock describer as “the most competitive prices in the area from the standpoint of value received, starting at less that $52.00 per sq. ft., which is a great value in this area.” Jeff Lindsey Communities is offering all active military personnel a “Hero’s Discount” of $1,500 in upgrades for their newly-purchased homes in Misty Forest.
The Jeff Lindsey Communities homes in Misty Forest are marketed exclusively by Coldwell Banker – Kennon, Parker, Duncan & Key in Columbus. Lindsey homes are very nice. We have built fences around a few of them.
