Atlanta: A Great Place for Secondary Education

According to the Atlanta Regional Council for Higher Education, of the 50 largest metro areas in the U.S., Atlanta ranks number 7 in the total number of college students enrolled.  The city also is 7th for the highest number of degrees awarded.

There are lots of great colleges and fabulous choices of Atlanta real estate to choose as your residence while living here.  While many students are traditional undergraduates, Atlanta is also a meca for life-long learning.  Whether you are pursuing a master’s degree or just want to take an evening art class, the opportunities are endless.

Some communities, such as Isakson-Barnhart’s Park Springs and Peachtree Hills Place offer an array of activities and classes.  Others, like Sharp Residential’s Liberty Park are close to where the action is.  Village Place at Brookhaven is right next door to my Alma mater, Oglethorpe University.  Talk about convenience.

Let us know what your favorite communities near colleges are so that we can mention them on Atlanta Real Estate Forum.
