Astoria Construction Underway

Kairos Development Corporation has started construction on another “Live Life Community,” The Astoria at The Aramore, a luxury high rise consisting of 71 exclusive condominiums located within the “living room of Atlanta” just south of Peachtree Battle in Buckhead. Condos are priced from the $400,000s, and penthouses from the $900,000s.

Construction started in March and with cooperation from the weather, passersby will see concrete and steel rising above the street by late summer.

Equity for The Astoria was funded by RECP, and debt was funded by Flagstar Bank.
