Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl Living in Atlanta?

This may be some of the most exciting news to hit Atlanta real estate in a long time – even bigger than the $8,000 home buyer tax credit. As you read this blog post, A-list celebrities are filming a comedy/action movie in one of Atlanta’s master-planned communities. Can you believe that Tributary will be forever immortalized on the big screen? 50 years from now you can watch Five Killers and see these beautiful new homes in Atlanta (well they won’t still be new 50 years from now, but they’ll look new in the movie) at Tributary. Maybe you have no idea what I’m talking about, so let me explain a little bit.

Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl are currently in Atlanta filming a movie called Five Killers. In the film, Ashton and Katherine get married and decide to live in a quiet, suburban neighborhood in Georgia, which just happens to be Tributary. Unfortunately, Ashton is a retired assassin, and even though he has decided to live the simple life with Katherine, there are several contracts out for his death and chaos ensues. Needless to say, there are many action scenes in the movie that revolve around their residence in Tributary.

The producers, directors and other big wigs of this movie must have looked at countless neighborhoods to be the home setting and they decided on Tributary. Who can blame them? The community offers playgrounds, tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness centers, parks, a retail village and so much more. It truly encompasses everything you would except from a master-planned community, including their own schools. If Tributary has what it takes to impress Hollywood, there’s no question that it houses the picture-perfect idea of what you envisioned for your new home.
