The city of Atlanta is continuing to see developers and builders create new urban, walkable mixed-used developments. One of the newest developments in the lineup is Armour Junction, a lifestyle community that will consist of flex commercial space, retail and residential units located right in the heart of the Sweetwater Design District.

This adaptive reuse project by EpiCity Real Estate Services will consist of a five building collection of office and industrial space at the intersection of Plasters Avenue and Mayson Street. The community will also be convenient to the Atlanta BeltLine, SweetWater Brewery, Piedmont Hospital, Ansley Golf Course, I-85, GA 400, MARTA and much more.

Armour Junction, where business, sustainability and healthy living combines, will include restaurants, a bike shop, coffee shop, potential brewery, vertical residential units and an event space that offers skyline views along with rooftop gardens and terraces.

The Armour Junction development is currently available for business occupancy as many spaces are move-in ready. As some of the first businesses to call this community home, new tenants will be able to watch Armour Junction grow while taking advantage of the many planned upgrades, which include turning the existing structures into open loft-style configurations, new landscaping, direct access to the BeltLine path, ample parking, façade enhancements and so much more.

If you are interested in moving your business to Armour Junction, call 404-288-2000 to learn about the available opportunities. You can also learn more by visiting www.ArmourJunction.com and signing up for the developments regular updates.
