April Showers Bring Sales and New Homeowners for Rocklyn Homes

You know the phrase “April showers bring May flowers?” Well, this April, Rocklyn Homes was showered with sales that will bring plenty of new homeowners into their communities in the coming months. The Atlanta homebuilder had yet another record month with a total of 52 contracts signed.

“Rocklyn Homes is thrilled to see the uptick in the new homes sales market. Our new home communities feature product and prices that appeal to a variety of buyers, and our knowledgeable sales team is poised to help these new buyers take advantage of record low interest rates when purchasing their new home. Our record sales this past month was truly a team effort by our sales staff, and we are looking forward to a continued strong sales pace,” said Michelle Jenkins, President of Rocklyn Homes.

If you haven’t yet visited any of Rocklyn Homes’ communities, there is still plenty of time to do so and secure your new home for summer.

Champions Run in Forsyth County is now taking lot reservations for their newest phase, which is slated to open this summer.

At Sweetwater, sales are officially underway, and plenty of prospective buyers have already toured these townhomes in Lawrenceville.

A second new townhome community, The Townes of Avondale in Buford, is also faring will with its first buyers.

Those desiring a quick move-in will find three completed townhomes at Carlton at Hamilton Mill.

If you’re looking for spacious single family living north of the city, come see us at Falls of Braselton in the Chateau Elan area.

With five popular communities all featuring open floor plans, luxury finishes and affordable pricing, it’s no wonder that Rocklyn Homes has already sold more than 100 homes in 2013.
