Application Deadline Approaching for ULI’s Leadership Development Program
ULI’s Atlanta Center for Regional Leadership Development is now accepting applications, but only through Monday, July 20th.
This is an opportunity to grow grow your career and learn from some of the real estate industry’s most prominent and successful professionals. Learn how to rise to the real estate development challenges that the Atlanta region will throw at you.
The following is the criteria that all applicants must meet in order to be considered for the program (you can download the application online):
- Demonstrated accomplishment within any organizations – professionally or volunteer
- Work in the real estate or land use industry or a related field
- Have an undergraduate degree
- Worked for at least 7 years in the qualifying industry
Applications are due July 20th at 5:30pm, finalists will be interviewed on August 28-29 and selection and notification will be made on August 31st. The program commencement will be October 2-3, 2009 and graduation will be May 2010. Tuition is $1,500, and scholarships are available. Of course, when taking into account the lifelong career skills and wisdom gained through this course, the tuition fee seems nominal.
Senator Johnny Isakson, ULI Senior Fellow Michael Horst, CEO/President of Cousins Properties Larry Gellerstedt & homebuilder John Wieland have signed on to be the “professors” for the leadership development program.
