APPCO builder in Friendship communities offering big incentive

APPCO Builders, which builds in Friendship Real Estate communities Kelly Mill and Lynnfield Park, is offering $10,000 off new homes in honor of its 10-year anniversary. This is a great deal for a new home in these two Gwinnett County communities.

The money can be used in many different ways, and home buyers should just ask the Friendship agent on duty about the deal. Lynnfield Park has one final home built by APPCO, and it is priced at $199,900. Kelly Mill offers 73 craftsman style homes priced from the $190,000s to the $230,000s.
