Ansley Parkside participates in the 25th Annual National Night Out Event

Ansley Parkside was honored to participate in the 25th Annual National Night Out earlier this month at Ansley Mall. National Night out is a drug and crime prevention campaign that involves citizens, law enforcement agencies, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials from over 10,000 communities in all 50 states, U.S. Territories, Canadian cities and military bases worldwide.

The Atlanta National Night Out Event this month was planned by the Piedmont Heights Civic Association and the local police and fire departments. Many retailers from the mall were present to meet neighbors and hand out information about their goods and services. There was also food, live music and a fire truck from station #29 for the kids to play on!

Ansley Parkside, a donator of the event, was present with signage, flyers, and registration for two prizes to be drawn – both $50 gift cards to CowTippers restaurant! Over 100 more attendees were estimated to have attended this event including our US Congressman John Lewis, the city council rep Anne Fauver, Liz Coyle from Neighborhood Planning Unit F and Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., Sally Flocks from PEDS (Pedestrians Educating Drivers on Safety, Inc), Paul Howard with the Fulton County DA as well as Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran with his Station #29 team. Overall, it was a great event that promoted neighborhood education and unity!

Ansley Parkside is a classic townhome community in the heart of Midtown Atlanta in the flourishing Ansley/Morningside neighborhood. Ansley Parkside is situated near Piedmont and Monroe, convenient to Piedmont Park and a wide array of boutiques and restaurants. Built in a traditional brownstone style, the 41 three-story residences of Ansley Parkside are priced starting in the high $500’s.
