American Land Mart, Agents Included in Coldwell Banker Monthly Rankings

Both Coldwell Banker American Land Mart (ALM) of Conyers and two of its agents, Betty Denio and Linda Lindsey, were among the leaders in December 2006 rankings released by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation.

Coldwell Banker American Land Mart was No. 20 nationally on the list of Coldwell Banker residential affiliate companies in the Adjusted Gross Income category (offices with 21-35 sales associates). There were 2,728 participating offices in this category. Denio and Lindsey were ranked in the Southern Region’s Top 25 Sales Associates for November. Denio was No. 13 and Lindsey No. 19 among sales associates from residential affiliate companies of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation.

Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, which has a major share of the luxury home market in the Rockdale County area, is an independent real estate company handling the sales and marketing of numerous subdivisions in the East Metro area. In 2006, ALM had a 63% market share in all homes sold above $500,000 in Rockdale County. The company was founded by Alton Housworth Jr. in 1986 and was sold to the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization in January of 2004.
