In an effort to educate buyer’s agents on how they can help their clients overcome credit problems, a presentation will be held on Tuesday, March 11 at 1:00 p.m. at The Cottages at Stillwood in Newnan, Georgia. Highlight Homes, LLC, the builder of this unique cottage-style community, and Barrington Financial Group, Atlanta’s premier credit restoration service, have recently entered into an exclusive relationship to provide credit correction assistance to buyers seeking to purchase a home at this single-family home community in Coweta County. In addition to helping interested new home buyers, Highlight Homes also wants to help Realtors understand how they can help their clients overcome credit issues. On March 11, the founder and a principal of Barrington, Hurdis Broach, will give a presentation entitled, “Knowledge is Power: Understanding the Credit Scoring System and How Realtors Can Assist their Clients in Overcoming Credit Hurdles.” Broach will explain common misnomers and facts concerning credit scoring and educate Realtors on ways they can pro-actively assist their clients in overcoming credit problems without much difficulty. The presentation will be held at the Sutton Cottage Model Home at The Cottages at Stillwood which is located at 63 Southwind Circle.
