Agents Grand Opening Set Tuesday, April 10, at Eastside Walk

“Spring Fling & Fiesta” will be the theme of a Grand Opening Agents Open House from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, at Eastside Walk, a community in East Atlanta. The celebration is being hosted by The Housing Group Intown, the builder in the community, with Sun America Mortgage, E-Loan Mortgage, and Trey Inman & Associates as sponsors. The menu will feature a “South of the Border” fajita bar catered by “Chefs on the Run”. The first 20 agents arriving for the event will receive a complimentary gift, and there will be a grand prize drawing for $500.00.

Located on Bouldercrest Drive in the East Atlanta portion of DeKalb County, the charming community will have a total of 174 Arts and Crafts-style homes when completed. An amenity center featuring a swimming pool with a cabana and a playground will be completed and open this spring, giving Eastside Walk the distinction of being the first East Atlanta community to offer a swimming pool as an amenity. In addition, community residents will have easy access to Glen Emerald Park with basketball and tennis courts, a pond and a picnic area, located just outside Eastside Walk. Eastside Walk is a public-private partnership between the Housing Authority of DeKalb County and The Housing Group Intown.
