This includes the ability to use the latest in technology available in today’s real estate industry, as well as benefit from our expansive local and national marketing programs. As for Coldwell Banker Bullard, we have a strong presence in the South and East Metro Atlanta areas, and this development will give us added status in the area which has been served by Adams-Walker.” Bullard also noted, “We are all excited by the added benefits that our clients and customers will receive from this alliance, and we want to assure our home buyers and sellers that their individual home transactions remain the central focus of our company and our agents who represent them.”
Fred Walker, who began his real estate career in the mid 1970s, started his current company in Thomaston some 20 years ago. He expanded the company’s business into Pike County and moved the company’s offices into a new building he constructed in Zebulon 17 years ago. Terry Adams, who had joined the company during its early years, became a co-owner. Over the years, Adams-Walker has focused its efforts in Pike, Upson, Lamar, and Spalding Counties, but also has clients and customers in other counties, including Meriwether. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard was founded in 1956 and has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has offices in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers.
