Acworth Community Offers New Basement Homes and New Amenities

Acworth new homesWhen searching for a new home in Atlanta, it’s about more than just the home itself, it’s also about what the surrounding community has to offer. At Parc at Kellogg Creek in Acworth, Piedmont Residential is making sure homeowners have even more to smile about with new homes, new amenities and new local attractions.

Two new neighboring homes are the first homes currently under construction with full basements in this beautiful community. At 315 Parc Crossing, we will have a Willow home with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms including a master suite with sitting room for just $216,960. Down the street at 317 Parc Crossing there will be a four bedroom and two-and-a-half bathroom Brentwood home with formal living room for $211,795. Both homes will come complete with granite countertops and hardwood flooring.

To make sure our residents never have to travel far from home, we’re also building a new pool with cabana and children’s play area that will open this summer. Families can also find a place to cool off at the local water park that will be opening in the next couple of months just 10 minutes from the community.

If you’re looking for shopping, Atlanta’s premiere shopping destination, The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, is scheduled to open only eight minutes away in Woodstock in 2013.

Of course, in addition to everything new going on, these homes are still as convenient as ever to everything else you love about living in Acworth including Hobgood Park, Lake Allatoona, Towne Lake shopping and medical facilities, I-575 and I-75.

Children attend award-winning Cherokee County schools within the Etowah High school district.

We invite you to stop by our Acworth new homes community to see just what everyone is smiling about!
