Jim Chapman Communities Reinstates its Travel Club

You already know  Jim Chapman Communities for being an award-winning builder of active adult homes in the metro Atlanta area. You also know that the builder is an expert in creating the perfect home environment for active adults, which includes a strong sense of community, exceptional amenities and neighborhood events. What you may not know is that last year Jim Chapman Communities introduced a Travel Club for their residents for a limited time. The term “Travel Club” can encompass so many different meanings, but at Jim Chapman Communities it means going above and beyond to ensure residents make the most of their retirement years.

Did you catch that I mentioned it was only offered for a limited time last year? Well, the good news is that the Atlanta active adult builder has reinstated the Travel Club at all of their metro Atlanta communities! The JCC Travel Club is such a perk for residents, providing them the opportunity to travel (from local performances at the Fox Theatre to destinations around the world) at a discounted rate, which opens doors that may have always been closed before. All of these great trips are open to JCC members, their friends and family as well as prospective members.

Thursday was one of the first trips for the Travel Club as they went to McMinnville, Tenn. for “Murder at the Mansion,” an interactive, murder mystery dinner show. Each attendee will assume the role of a real live character in 1897 Tennessee and at the end of the night, the guests will help Buffalo Bill Cody catch the killer. Quite an intriguing evening!

On July 29th, the group will venture to North Georgia to visit the Kangaroo Conservation Center, Amicalola State Park and the North Georgia Premium Outlets.

The JCC Travel club has lots to do this year. Some of the bigger upcoming trips are listed below.

• A nine-day tour of national parks including Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone and Black Hills
• A “Vintage Trains of the Great Southwest” nine-day tour
• A Taste of Ireland 10-day all-inclusive international trip
• A tour through California’s wine country
• An Alaskan cruise
• A 12-day Mediterranean cruise that travels to Spain, Italy, Monaco and Greece
