Active Adult Builder Honored for Customer Satisfaction

Windsong Properties was honored by The Housing Institute, Inc. during its annual Certified Professional Home Builder (CPHB) Professionalism Awards. Windsong Properties, which builds exclusively for the active adult market, received the CPHB Customer Satisfaction Award in the 51 to 99 permits category.

CPHB Professionalism Awards are based on the results of GuildQuality surveys. This national customer satisfaction surveying firm focuses on quality-minded building and real estate professionals. Awards are based on the index score comprised of a builder’s ranking in nine GuildQuality satisfaction categories. These categories include professionalism, scheduling, construction quality, communication, problem resolution, employee and trade contractor, punch list, easier than expected and recommendation. The combined index score of these categories represent the builder’s overall customer satisfaction rating.
