Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods Closes on 100th Atlanta New Home
Since starting as a new homebuilder only 18 months ago, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods continues to exceed its goals and expectations. Acadia recently achieved a company milestone by closing its 100th Atlanta new home.
“This is an important milestone for our Acadia team,” stated Sam Bass, vice president of sales and marketing at Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods. “We are grateful for our fantastic employees carrying out our company goals of providing customers with great service and communication before, during and after the construction process. We also appreciate our buyers for putting their faith in our company to build them a beautiful, quality home. We strive to build our neighborhoods with great house plans, outstanding features and at an exceptional value. This 100th closing is significant to us as it shows that we are becoming one of the builders to watch in metro Atlanta.”
Acadia is building in 15 communities across the metro Atlanta area with prices from the high $100,000s to the low $500,000s. This year alone, the builder started construction on new homes at Preserve at North Valley in Milton, The Preserve at Wiley Bridge in Woodstock, Parkside Village and Wellstone in Cumming, Maner Street and Sherwood Park in Smyrna, The Reserve at City Park and City Park in Midtown, Bakers Farms in Braselton, Sutherland Corner in Lake Claire and Eagles Crest, Reece Farms, and Arbor Green in West Cobb.
Lastly, the builder also launched its Signature Collection earlier this year. This new division within the company will deliver semi-custom homes in luxury neighborhoods throughout metro Atlanta. Homes will be priced from the $500,000s to the $800,000s.
“The Signature Collection combines the financial strength and stability of our company with the personal attention and expertise of a custom homebuilder,” stated Gregg Goldenberg, president and chief executive officer at Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods.
Construction on the first three homes in the division is underway. One home is located at The Overlook at Litchfield in Roswell and two homes are located off Mount Vernon Road in Dunwoody.
With a variety of great locations and home plans, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods hopes to continue its success and to restore viability to the Atlanta new home neighborhoods that bore the impact of the home market’s recent downturn.
