Acadia Announces New Referral Program

Atlanta new homes builderHave you heard about the new Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods referral program? To combat the rocky Atlanta real estate housing market and economy, here at Acadia we are now offering a new Builder Neighborhood Referral Program. Anyone (and we literally mean anyone) who refers a homebuyer to one of our 11 metro Atlanta new home communities will receive a $1,500 check from the builder once the chosen home has closed.

“Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods has launched this new referral program to give our current homeowners, as well as others, just one more reason to tell their friends about our communities,” says Sam Bass, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods sales manager. “At Acadia we understand that personal referrals have a strong influence on buyers.”

With homes starting in the $170,000’s, we strive to provide affordable yet quality products that Atlanta homebuyers will eagerly take advantage of. All homes are built with flexible floorplans and custom upgrades. Recommending our communities will be easy due to included features like name-brand products and spacious livable designs.

Acadia’s 11 metro Atlanta communities include: City Park, and The Reserve at City Park in Atlanta, Reece Farms in Powder Springs, Wellstone at Middle Creek in Cumming, Bakers Farm in the Chateau Élan area of Braselton, Sherwood Park in Smyrna, Crabapple Crossing and Crabapple Station in Alpharetta, Arbor Green in Kennesaw, Burnt Hickory Township in Kennesaw and The Preserve at Wiley Bridge in Woodstock.
