Academy for New Home Buyers Class
Buying a home is one of the most important lifestyle and financial decisions most people will make, yet because it’s not a daily decision, many prospective home buyers are in the dark on critical choices that may affect their overall satisfaction. The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) and the Certified Professional Home Builder (CPHB) Program wants home buying to be a positive experience for everyone and is committed to helping buyers through the process.
The next Academy For New Home Buyers will be held on Saturday, September 29 from 10:00-12:00. The Academy is free. This class will merge the talent of industry experts with the needs of potential homeowners. The two-hour class will feature industry professionals’ expertise about home buying factors such as:
- selecting your builder or custom home team;
- designing your new home;
- understanding the building process;
- paying for your new home;
- selecting your new home’s location;
- understanding the building contract;
- preparing for closing;
- using the homeowner orientation;
- looking at the warranty overview; and
- moving into their new home.
