About Sales, Inc. Welcomes Paradigm Homes to Atlanta

About Sales, Inc. About Sales, Inc., a real estate sales and marketing firm, is excited to welcome Paradigm Homes to Atlanta. The company, a partnership between Winchester Homebuilders and Faircloth Homes of Augusta, will offer new homes in Gwinnett County next year.

Winchester Homebuilders was established in 2006 by T.J. Washburn and offers quality built and energy-efficient homes for first time home buyers, retirees looking to downsize and move-up buyers wanting space to grow. With a portfolio of over 40 floor plans, various elevations, upgrades and material selections, no two homes are ever alike. Most communities include amenity packages with swimming pools, playgrounds and walking trails.

Currently, Winchester Homebuilders has communities in Evans, Grovetown and Martinez, Ga. and also Aiken, S.C.

Faircloth Homes has been building in the Central Savannah River Area since 2005. Owned by Eddie Faircloth, this family oriented company has a reputation of being a high quality builder offering affordable living. For instance, Faircloth Homes includes many builder upgrades in the base price of its homes, such as granite countertops, hardwood flooring in foyers and dining areas, blinds throughout the entire house and oil rubbed bronze fixtures and hardware. Additionally, the builder offers the America’s Choice Home Buyers Warranty Program which provides comprehensive coverage and services for its new homes.

Faircloth Homes has a variety of floor plans in Augusta and Savannah, Ga.

Because homes sales in the Atlanta area are thriving, particularly in growing Gwinnett County, friends and competitors Washburn and Faircloth decided to join together in this next venture.
