A Sense of Community is High Priority in Roswell
Heatherton, a Monte Hewett Homes community that features new homes in Roswell, recently held a summer celebration at the community’s formal maze and pool, and it’s such a unique community that the gathering even attracted Jere Wood, the mayor of Roswell, and Monte Hewett himself. Approximately 20 families from the neighborhood attended, and had the opportunity to meet and mingle with their town’s mayor, and get to know him on a personal level. Local high school students provided music for the event, while those in attendance enjoyed scrumptious drinks and hors d’oeuvres. So, I must ask, how many times does the town mayor attend a community pool party? Also, how often does a group of high school students get involved in a community event? In my experience, these are rarities, which only speaks volumes about the kind of community Heatherton is.
Heatherton is anything but ordinary, and the amenities alone can prove that. It may very well be the only community in Atlanta real estate that has its own maze, which was designed by Harold Cunliffe. Also, you’ll notice that the style of the homes is tradition Southern with an updated flair. However, more than the fantastic amenities and elegant new homes, residents at Heatherton take time to promote a sense of community.
Monte Hewett Homes has recently added the new Town Home II Collection to existing townhomes, manor homes and courtyard homes. The new addition makes now a perfect time to visit Heatherton and find your very own new Fulton County home. Then, next year you won’t just be reading about the summer gathering and exceptional community, you’ll have actually experienced it.
