55+ Market a Growing Niche

A recent article in Multifamily Executive points the difference between the under-35 generation (the iPod generation) and the 55+ crowd. The main difference seems to be that those over 55 or 65 still prefer high-touch to high-tech.

This means now more than ever it is important for real estate marketers to reach out to buyers via their preferred method. For those under 35 or 40, email is perfectly acceptable and most likely preferred. However, those over 55 might still want a phone call, face-to-face meeting or a hand written note.
