Richport Properties is celebrating 5 OBIE awards.

It is a tremendous honor to be recognized by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council for the attention to detail in every home and community we build.  Richport’s OBIE’s include three Gold Awards:

• Brookline - Single Family Builder, Detached $199,999 and under
• New Rockbridge - Single Family Builder, Attached $150,000 to $199,999
• Davis Oaks - Single Family Attached - Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization $500,000 to $749,999

And two Silver OBIE’s:

• Davis Oaks - Amenity Package less that 499 units/total build out
• Davis Oaks - Best Building Design - Attached Model -$375,000 to $499,999
