On Sunday, May 17, 43 residences at Cosmopolitan at Buckhead were auctioned in under two hours to a room filled with over 250 attendees eager to call the urban, upscale condo community home. The community has now entered the post-auction sales period, during which the remaining units will be sold.

I was at that auction. What home sold for $300K? I don’t think so….let’s keep the facts straight. The last place the public needs wrong information from is the real estate community.
