2008 OBIE Awards Intent to Enter
2008 OBIE Awards Intent to Enter brochures have been mailed, so keep an eye out for yours. Several new categories were added this year, including an exciting category for Urban Redevelopment and Revitalization. These properties must be in or adjacent to existing urban development, inside I-285 and have access to public transportation within .5 mile of the property.
The Intent to Enter deadline is April 23, 2008.
A workshop will be held on April 9 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Housing Center in Tucker. This first workshop is to help you determine the right categories to enter.
A second workshop takes place on May 15 from 10 a.m. til 2 p.m. for specific questions related to entry materials.
