This year’s Dream Home, built by Woodward Rhodes, is located in Atlanta’s historic East Lake neighborhood. In this beautiful mixture of classic Atlanta style, historic details and a 21st Century take on technology, the Dream Home is sure to give homeowners ideas of design trends they can incorporate into their own homes.

The three-story, 8,000-square-foot home features five bedrooms, four full baths, two half baths, two master suites, an additional guest suite above the garage, a wine cellar, a game room, a bar and a home theater room. It is priced at $2.7 million.
